The dry fly action certainly started this weekend & nice to see the swallows back.
Michael Airey & Gary Scott landed 20 between them using dries. Darren Jacques returned 17 using lures and buzzers. John Nicholson landed 11 using dries and buzzers. Dave Parker had a nice two hours landing 11 fish on shipmans buzzers. He also commented that when the conditions were right, the top two lakes were boiling with feeding fish. William Perry landed 14 using egg flies.
The fishery is now closing at 9pm every night, other than a Saturday which remains 5pm.
