We are running a Christmas holiday fun fishing event for beginners up to 14 years old on Sunday 29th December. There are two sessions to choose from 9am – 12pm or 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Places are strictly limited and must be booked and paid for in advance. The price is £25 for either session.
Please call the fishery on 01668 215226 to confirm your place. Do not turn up without booking.
The sessions will take place on Reddis Bait Lake and includes:
- Fly casting lesson with Stuart Ingledew Fly Fishing
- Equipment set up tutorial with Owen Palmer
- Bait fishing competition with David Woods
- Heaviest two fish bag wins a prize!
- Fly casting competition at the end. ‘Who can cast furthest’ wins a prize !
- Each participant will be allowed to take up to two fish home.
Please note:
- The event is suitable for children up to the age of 14 years old
- All children must be accompanied by an adult
- Equipment will be provided on the day
- Refreshments are available to purchase from the fishery
- Wear appropriate clothing with a hat and some form of eye protection
- Anglers do not need a rod licence.
Should anyone have any special physical or mental requirements such as for example broken limbs, autism or ADHD, then please can you let us know when booking, just so that we can plan around it.
